As the Company is expanding here in Lithuania and looking for a Senior Product Owner (Onboarding & CRM), we are excited to find out if it is YOU who will join the ambitious team in Vilnius, Lithuania.

 

ROLE AND MAIN TASKS

  • Gain a clear understanding from the Head of Product and other key stakeholders of the vision and direction for the
    product.
  • Do competitor analysis, prepare product propositions to define and cascade the value and benefits.
  • Work with customers and other stakeholders to gather, understand and clearly document their business problems, requirements, operation procedures, and workflows.
  • Stay abreast of relevant markets, technologies, legislation and general trends.
  • Prioritize initiatives based on business value, customer impact, and technical feasibility.
  • Own and maintain the product backlog, continuously refine it with Engineering Team to produce Epics, detailed stories and acceptance criteria that clearly define the product value and requirements.
  • Attend/lead sprint ceremonies and regularly review products and solutions during development and at completion to ensure they meet the acceptance criteria and are delivered within the agreed timescales.
  • Achieve a shared understanding of our customer value propositions through clear training, compelling documentation and processes driven delivery.
  • Track all dependencies and influence various stakeholders to achieve product delivery and launch objectives.
  • Work with the Technical Documentation Writer to ensure that product documentation clearly conveys the functionality.
  • Analyze performance metrics and user feedback to continuously optimize product features.

REQUIREMENTS

  • At least 5 years’ experience as Product Owner / Business Analyst in Onboarding / CRM Product(s).
  • Proficient in managing Product development lifecycle, Agile processes, and user experience.
  • Prior experience of leading and running workshops to gather requirements and data.
  • Proven track record of delivering / enhancing onboarding experience for the customers.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, Visio.
  • Awareness of AI enabled productivity enhancement opportunities.
  • Strong leading, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Excellent English skills.
