Elektrum is an innovative and modern independent electricity supply company that makes sustainabledecisions and rapidly develops solar parks. The company belongs to the „Latvenergo” family, which is the largest electricity supply group in the Baltic States. The growing company invites a B2B Product Development Manager to join their team in Vilnius.


  • Perform a thorough analysis of the market and customer requirements, generate and execute ideas to enhance product performance, and introduce new products to the market.
  • Develop pricing strategies for products targeting individual customers, taking into account the competitive landscape and the financial objectives of the company.
  • Strategize product development, conduct market fit analysis, and actively contribute to the expansion of supplementary services for customers.
  • Be the first person to identify problems and figure out creative ways to solve it
  • Work closely with the sales and marketing departments to coordinate product presentations, address sales-related issues, and generate reports based on the outcomes of product development

  • You have experience in product development and are familiar with product creation and development processes.
  • You are familiar with the B2B sales process.
  • You have knowledge of pricing and experience in creating price structures.
  • You can communicate fluently in spoken and written English.
