The years ahead will only accelerate the evolution of the mobility ecosystem, so the company needs to innovate their product and service propositions. To drive their innovations the company embraces best breath platforms and technology allowing them to exploit data analysis capabilities and artificial intelligence. But it’s not all about innovation. Adoption of new technology evolves aside from current businesses and its supportive back-office landscape and therefore the company is seeking System Analyst to strengthen their team helping to realize their goals.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Communicate with Business to get new features requirements and help to move them into product backlog items
- Collect data, calculate business value for each Increment & prioritization of backlog items, create business process diagrams
- Communicate shared vision for product throughout the product life cycle by writing requirements or user stories with clear acceptance criteria
- Advise or approve test plans/scenarios and results, when necessary, test business acceptance
- Participate in team planning meetings or ceremonies to provide advice, clarification and guidance during the execution of each Sprint
- Be proactive when identifying and bringing up new business cases for company to invest into
- Have a good grasp of company business processes, able to find the right approach to solutions
SKILLS & REQUIREMENTS
- Minimum 3+ years’ experience as a System Analyst
- Experience in the development of customer-facing solutions
- Understanding of company’s business processes – first of all sales process (or able to absorb it in a short time-frame) and market best practice
- English language C1 in vocal and writing
- Knowledge of Russian (would be advantage)
- Experience working in an Agile environment driving Product delivery (would be advantage)
- Experience in Tableau or other alternative BI systems (would be advantage)
- Ability to strategically demonstrate analytical and conceptual skills needed to develop efficient and effective solutions for a variety of sized, complex business problems
