
This job ad is about one of the most exciting opportunities within the Software Development industry! We are in search of a senior-level leader familiar with the custom / bespoke software development principles. A leader and a team player who enjoys being the public face of an organization. The new leader will take over local and global operations from shareholders, who currently run the company of 50+ highly skilled professionals.
Main responsibilities:
- Run the business achieving strategic and tactical goals and lead the management team consisting of COO, CTO, Head of People & Culture, Head of Business Development
- Accountable to the company’s management board
- Focus on business development and strategic projects
- Ensure company‘s compliance with all of the legal requirements
Requirements:
- Proven management experience at senior level – to functions of over 30 people within IT (or related) industry
- Communication skills & being company ambassador
- International experience
- Excellent managerial skills and ability to manage stakeholders
- University degree, preferably in the management field
- Fluent English and Lithuanian, both verbal and written
