Now we are looking for DevOps Team Lead to join the team in Kaunas.
YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR:
- Leading, developing, and inspiring a team of local and UK-based engineers
- Setting the standard for high-quality service for our customers
- Working with a DevOps product team to deliver customer solutions
- Supporting our portfolio of products and services, including some on-call support
- Deploying systems using CI/CD techniques
- Able to introduce SRE and IaC techniques into the support process
- Participating in the re-engineering and re-platforming of the systems to take full advantages of cloud and technology opportunities
- Able to balance leading a small team of DevOps engineers working across multiple Development teams with your own teams requests

REQUIREMENTS:
- Proven experience with Microsoft Azure and/or Amazon Web Services platforms, Windows servers and/or Centos/Redhat Linux
- Solid experience in deploying, managing, and optimizing 100+ server environments
- Experience in automation techniques such as Terraform, Ansible, GIT, TFS, CI/CD using Azure DevOps or similar
- Familiarity with some of the following technologies; DataDog, Cisco Networking, Azure Networking, Kubernates, IIS, ASP.NET, .NET, MSSQL, MySQL and Snowflake Databases, VMWare, Docker
- Able to research, recommend and learn diverse set of technologies
- Happy to participate in a geographically dispersed team
- Experience in supporting and proactively developing team members
- Fluency in English (at least B2)
