WHAT WILL YOU DO
- Act as a role model in terms of competence and representation of company values and culture
- Contribute to team deliveries and solve any impediments that could affect the efficiency of execution
- Adapt overall IT strategy and development processes within a team and contribute to improving them
- Promote technical vision and apply best-practice engineering principles
- Participate in hiring and onboarding new team members while performing activities to retain existing ones
- Performance management and competence development of team members enabling them to thrive and be the best version of themselves at Saldo Bank
COMPANY EXPECTS
- At least 3 years of experience in leading a development team and managing other team members
- More than 5 years of experience in designing and developing systems with .NET
- Strong OOP skills and awareness of modern development principles and practices
- Creative way of thinking and courage to try out new things
- Excellent English skills
- Open-minded and co-operative personality
WHAT WILL BE CONSIDERED AS AN ASSET
- Experience with CI / CD, Docker, Git, or any other DevOps tools and practices
- Good understanding of Microservices and REST API principles
- Previous experience developing banking software, lending software, or work experience in regulatory or Fintech companies
- University degree in software engineering or similar
