Our client, Last Mile, is an e-commerce start-up that provides a same-day grocery delivery service. Their drive for innovation brings effective solutions to improve the user experience, and right now Last Mile team is willing to welcome the Product Owner.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
- Take the lead of scrum teams as the Product Owner and Team manager
- Ensure that the team always has an adequate amount of prior prepared tasks to work on
- Plan and prioritize the product feature backlog and the development of the product
- Work closely with Product Management to create and maintain a Product Backlog by business value
- Be a natural facilitator, engaging people in conversations and workshops to ensure true collaboration
- Cooperate with stakeholders and customers across the organization and manage relationships with suppliers (including contracts and SLAs)
LAST MILE EXPECTS YOU TO HAVE
- Experience as a Product Owner or Project Manager working with a software delivery team
- Experience with Scrum/ Agile methodologies working with cross-functional teams
- Great time management skills
- Result-oriented mindset, strong ownership, and decision-making skills
