The world of mobility is complex and evolving rapidly. The development of electric vehicles caused disruption and business opportunities within the industry. The years ahead will only accelerate the evolution of the mobility ecosystem, so the company needs to innovate their product and service propositions. To drive their innovations the company embraces best breath platforms and technology allowing them to exploit data analysis capabilities and artificial intelligence. But it’s not all about innovation. Adoption of new technology evolves aside from current businesses and its supportive back-office landscape and therefore the company is looking for Senior Scrum Master to strengthen their team.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Organize and Facilitate scrum ceremonies (daily stand-ups, refinement sessions, sprint planning, demos, retrospectives)
- Manage the team releases and assist in creating a release plan and help maintain the prioritized project/product backlog
- Find methods to effectively help the product owner manage the product backlog and deliver a high quality solution
- Remove impediments by coordinating meetings and following up
- Manage relationships and communicate with key stakeholders, including leadership
- Continually assess the Scrum maturity of the team and organization and coach the team to higher levels of maturity at a pace that is sustainable
- Maintain consistency within Jira and ensure the proper use of the tool
- Work with product owners and stakeholders to refine vision and establish goals and metrics
SKILLS & REQUIREMENTS
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a scrum master, project manager, or business analyst
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Experience performing research and root cause analysis
- Familiarity with Salesforce administration is preferred
- Good understanding of IT principles/ability to get into the details (E.G., firewalls, databases, preparing software for a release)
- Ability to work with production control and component teams outside of the scrum team firmly to remove roadblocks for success
- AWS, Java, .Net knowledge would be considered as a plus
