
Our client – international company, leading northern European financial services group. You will be a part of an easily accessible, customer-oriented, international and friendly professional team that is great at implementing integration solutions between the corporate client and the financial group.
Main position purpose – implement new solutions for business clients, large corporations.
- Advising clients on technical setups, payment, reporting and format-related questions in accordance with quality standards and products
- Managing clients’ expectations and taking ownership of the technical implementation setups of integration services between the parties
- Performing the testing of selected client’s solutions
- Working close with product organization & IT to improve supported products, systems & solutions
You’ll be the right fit if you:
- Are technology oriented with a proven business analyst and/or customer relationship management experience
- Have excellent English communication and workflow planning skills
- A team player with a focus on delivery, who gains knowledge though collaboration with others
- Client and quality oriented mindset
- General understanding of FTP, SWIFT & Banking processes (would be an advantage)
