LABA7 is looking for Technical Support – Testing Engineer to join their team. The majority of your responsibilities will be related to systems testing with the additional role of customer support.

ON A DAY-TO-DAY BASIS, YOU WILL
- Be responsible for the design and execution of software and hardware verification procedures.
- Report issues in a clear, concise manner, escalate defects to development teams, and document them in the issue tracking system.
- Provide professional and informative 1st and 2nd level support for customers.
- Provide detailed training for new customers on how to use our applications and devices.
