YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Conduct market research and analyze trends across local and international markets.
- Prepare forecasts and actionable insights to support business and investment decisions.
- Analyze operational and financial data, prepare reports, and support budgeting and forecasting across Group companies.
- Provide financial and analytical support for key Group projects.
- Evaluate investment opportunities and prepare recommendations.
- Develop and improve analytical tools, including AI-based solutions for data analysis, reporting, and workflow automation.
- Perform other ad hoc analyses as required.

The salary for this position is 4,130 – 4,960 EUR (before taxes). The final offer will depend on the candidate’s experience and competence.
SOME EXPECTATIONS FOR THE NEW COLLEAGUE:
- At least 2–3 years of experience in financial analysis, financial management, audit, or a related field.
- Experience in Big 4, fund management, or investment firms would be considered as an advantage.
- Robust understanding of financial accounting principles and corporate financial statements.
- Familiarity with fund, SPV, and holding-company structures is a plus.
- Strong analytical, data organization, and problem-solving skills.
- Advanced MS Excel skills and the ability to quickly adopt new tools, including AI-based solutions.
- Fluent written and verbal skills in Lithuanian and English.
