Key responsibilities
As a Business Analyst, your responsibilities will include:
- Conduct meetings with business stakeholders to gather detailed requirements;
- Translate business needs into detailed functional and non-functional requirements;
- Prepare detailed requirement documentation (e.g., user stories, use cases, process flows);
- Create and maintain process diagrams, wireframes, and mock-ups for product solutions;
- Document integration and data migration requirements for product;
- Collaborate with architects, QA and developers to design solutions that meet requirements;
- Support refinement sessions, sprint planning, and backlog management;
- Act as the primary point of contact for requirement-related clarifications;
- Apply AI tools to improve daily workflows;
- Ensure alignment of product configuration with business processes.

What we expect from you
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Business Analyst in IT projects;
- Proven experience in stakeholder communication and requirements gathering, translating business needs into technical tasks for development teams;
- Demonstrated track record of working on IT projects;
- Experience in creating and maintaining technical documentation, process diagrams, wireframes, and mock-ups;
- Fluent English language skills, both written and verbal;
- Experience in working in an Agile environment, including sprint planning and backlog grooming;
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
