As the Company is expanding here in Lithuania and looking for a Product Manager (Payment Orchestration Platform), we are excited to find out if it is YOU who will join the ambitious team in Vilnius, Lithuania.
ROLE AND MAIN TASKS
- Define, communicate, and own the strategic vision for the Payment Orchestration Platform aligned with PAYSTRAX’s
goals. - Mentor and guide Product Owners, Analysts, and other product contributors.
- Define measurable product KPIs and establish mechanisms for tracking performance, quality, and reliability.
- Represent the product roadmap in executive meetings and act as a key stakeholder in strategic planning sessions.
- Lead market research, competitive analysis, and business case development to shape future product directions.
- Analyze industry, scheme, and regulatory changes and translate them into proactive platform initiatives.
- Engage directly with merchant partners to understand their needs, and with suppliers/ PSPs to assess their proposition and suitability for the business.
- Identify opportunities for innovation in transaction routing, authorization optimization, and cost management.
- Drive a customer-centric culture where product decisions are grounded in data, research, and feedback.
- Create, maintain, and communicate the multi-quarter product roadmap balancing innovation, compliance, and scalability.
- Work with customers and other stakeholders to gather, understand and clearly document their business problems, requirements, operation procedures, and workflows.
- Work with Product Owner / Suppliers to own and maintain the product backlog, continuously refine it with Engineering Team to produce Epics, detailed stories and acceptance criteria that clearly define the product value and requirements.
- Attend/lead sprint ceremonies and regularly review products and solutions during development and at completion to ensure they meet the acceptance criteria and are delivered within the agreed timescales.
- Act as the central point of alignment across Product, Engineering, Compliance, Operations, Risk, and Commercial teams.
- Partner with compliance and scheme representatives to ensure the platform adheres to PCI DSS, PSD2, and card network mandates.

REQUIREMENTS
- At least 5 years’ experience in Product Management within payments, fintech, or merchant acquiring environments.
- Proven experience on payment gateways, orchestration engines, or transaction processing platforms.
- Deep understanding of card scheme compliance (Visa, Mastercard), PCI DSS, authorization flows, and settlement lifecycles.
- Demonstrated ability to define product vision, develop business cases, and manage execution in a complex, regulated environment.
- Strong technical fluency in API-driven architecture, integration patterns, and data-driven decision making.
- Proficient in managing Product development lifecycle, Agile processes, and user experience.
- Proficiency in MS Office, Visio.
- Awareness of AI enabled productivity enhancement opportunities.
