As the Company is expanding here in Lithuania and looking for a Lawyer, we are looking forward to finding out whether it is YOU, who will join our ambitious team in Vilnius, Lithuania.
ROLE AND MAIN TASKS
- Reviewing, drafting, and negotiating a wide variety of legal documents, including international commercial agreements and corporate documentation.
- Participating in legal project implementation and providing ongoing legal support.
- Contributing to group-wide legislation, policies, and guidelines in cooperation with group companies by drafting, reviewing documentation, and coordinating implementation.
- Identifying, analyzing, and managing business legal risks, and ensuring effective mitigation measures.
- Representing the company’s interest in dealings with third parties.
- Continuously reviewing existing processes and procedures, providing recommendations for improvements, and leading necessary changes.
- Advising company management, departments, and employees on legal matters.

REQUIREMENTS
- University degree in Law (insights or experience in UK law is considered an advantage).
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in business law (experience in corporate law will be an advantage).
- Strong analytical and legal reasoning skills with keen attention to detail.
- Practical, logical, and solutions-oriented mindset guided by common sense.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Ability to work effectively in a multicultural environment with cross-departmental and cross-border collaboration.
- Responsible, proactive, and positive attitude with enthusiasm and initiative.
