As the Company is expanding here in Lithuania and looking for a Onboarding Process Manager (automation), we are excited to find out if it is YOU who will join the ambitious team in Vilnius, Lithuania.
ROLE AND MAIN TASKS
- Own and improve onboarding & underwriting processes end-to-
- Define, monitor, and co-own OPS
- Lead cross-functional projects with IT, Product, and

REQUIREMENTS
- 3–5 years experience in process management / operations within fintech, payments, or financial
- Knowledge of KYC/KYB, merchant onboarding,
- Experience owning KPIs and reporting at management
- Proven ability to lead projects and stakeholders across
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication
- Excellent English
